returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges are only available for orders that were placed on senshoppe.etsy.com. You must be able to produce an Order or Transaction number.

Return and Exchange Policy:​

  • Due to the custom handmade nature of my macrame pieces, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on them, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Returned items must be returned in saleable condition with any original packaging.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, damage or use.

  • If your order is refunded, it will be minus the initial cost of shipping paid. If your order qualified for free shipping (ie. most domestic orders), your refund will be your order total minus $5 for my shipping and handling.

  • Items can only be exchanged for other items of the same base cost.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • E-mail me at hello@senshoppe.com within 14 days of delivery with your name, order number and item(s) to be returned.

  • You are responsible for shipping your return. I recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number.

  • The package must by postmarked within 5 days of the return being authorized.

  • As soon as I receive your returned order, I will let you know and initiate your refund, minus the cost of shipping when the order was initially placed.

 

To initiate an exchange, please complete the following steps:

  • E-mail me at hello@senshoppe.com within 14 days of delivery with your name, order number and item(s) to be exchanged.

  • You are responsible for shipping your item to be exchanged. I recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number.

  • The package must by postmarked within 5 days of the exchange being authorized.

  • As soon as I receive your item to be exchanged, I will let you know and initiate the second shipment for your exchange.

To initiate a Damaged in Transit Claim:

  • E-mail me at hello@senshoppe.com within 48 hours of delivery with your name, order number and photographs of the package and the damaged items.

  • Retain any damaged items and all packaging materials in order to be eligible for a damage claim.

  • I will happily work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include replacement (if possible) or a refund.
